It began with a home.
Our first build in Nyékonakpoè became a guest house. We then renovated a rental home in Kpalimé. Those first projects shaped the way we work today.
A Franco-Togolese family · Since 2012
We returned to live in Togo in 2012. Since building our first home in Nyékonakpoè, we have designed, built and looked after places made to be lived in fully.
Our first build in Nyékonakpoè became a guest house. We then renovated a rental home in Kpalimé. Those first projects shaped the way we work today.
We begin by creating a home that works as a whole. Circulation, everyday use and upkeep are considered together so that every space has a purpose, without wasted square metres.
Architecture, design, contractor coordination, purchasing, management and oversight all remain within the family. We live close to our properties and follow their development directly.
A member of the family remains your point of contact in French or English. When needed, we can recommend or train household staff and arrange optional cleaning, guarding or pool-maintenance services.

Villas AA continue that story. Logements Lomé now brings together our current projects and those still to come.
